Terms of Use

1. The service

These terms are an agreement between you and Graftum Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17387844, registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF) — "Graftum", "we", "us".

Graftum provides (a) a job management platform for construction companies and (b) the Graftum Network — a free professional register where construction workers and small firms create a profile so that opportunities can find them. Network membership is free for workers and small firms, permanently.

2. Joining the Network

• You must be 16 or over and provide accurate information about yourself, your qualifications and your availability. Misrepresenting qualifications (e.g. cards you don't hold) leads to removal.
• By joining, you agree that Graftum stores your profile and may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email about work opportunities, the Network launch and relevant Graftum updates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• When the full Network opens, verified construction companies and agencies on Graftum may view relevant parts of your profile and contact you about work. That's the point of the Network — and the only reason your details are shared.
• You can leave at any time with one message to hello@graftum.com or by replying to any of our messages. We delete your profile within 30 days.

3. What Graftum is not

• We are not an employment agency or employment business, and we are not a party to any work arrangement you enter with a company you meet through the Network.
• We do not guarantee work, a number of contacts, or any outcome. We connect; you decide.
• Companies are responsible for their own vetting, right-to-work checks and terms of engagement; workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile.

4. Company accounts

Companies using the Graftum platform are responsible for the data they put in, for having the right to add their team members, and for using worker profiles from the Network only to make genuine contact about work. Misuse of Network data (scraping, reselling, spam) ends the account immediately.

5. Fair use & content

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to access other companies' data, no automated scraping, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts or remove profiles that break these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Graftum is not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect losses arising from use of the service or from work arrangements made between members. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
