How much does it cost?
Every company gets the first 3 months free, with no card needed. During early access, founding companies then pay £3, £6 or £9 a month (Solo, Crew or Site Pro) until the end of their first year, and keep a permanent discount off the standard prices after that. Prices are per company, not per person, and exclude VAT. Graftum Jobs, the crew list, Graftum Pocket and getting quotes are free.
What can I run in Graftum?
The whole business: leads, quotes and tenders, jobs and budgets, the crew's day on site, RAMS and inductions, materials, timesheets, valuations and invoices, CIS pay runs, cash, certificates and maintenance contracts. You switch on the parts you use, and the menu follows the way your company works.
I run a labour agency. Does Graftum work for placements?
Yes. Choose labour agency when you sign up and you get the agency menu: placements with a charge rate and a pay rate, weekly timesheets per worker, a weekly invoice per client with VAT, what you owe each worker, your margin per worker and per week, and job ads with a QR poster that collect applicants.
I'm looking for work. What does it cost me?
Nothing. Apply to jobs in 30 seconds with your name and phone, no account and no CV, or put yourself on the crew list once and firms looking for your trade text you. Graftum Pocket keeps your days, pay and cards in one place, also free.
Can my client forward the quote I send to another contractor?
Each link is made for one person and prints their name and email across every page, so any screenshot shows where it came from. There's no Excel file to edit, copying is switched off, a PDF is only available if you allow it, and you can switch the link off at any time. You also see every time it's opened.
Can you help me move from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. During early access we help you bring in your clients, price book and open jobs ourselves. You can also import your existing Excel quotations into Tenders & BoQ. Email hello@graftum.com.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and a computer?
Yes. Install Graftum from the App Store or Google Play, or use it in the browser on any phone or computer. Nothing to install on a PC.
My lads aren't good with technology. Will they use it?
That's who it's built for. The worker app opens on today's job with big buttons for starting and ending the day, photos, extra work and materials. The app is in English and Romanian, and sign-up and help guides are in seven languages, including Polish, Bulgarian and Ukrainian.
What happens with bad signal on site?
The app opens without signal. Clock-ins and photos wait on the phone and send themselves when signal comes back, basements included.
Is my data safe, and can I take it with me?
Each company's data is locked to that company by rules on the database server, hosted in London, and backed up every night. It's yours: export clients, quotes, jobs and photos any time, and if you leave we hand everything over in standard formats.
I'm a supervisor and my company won't buy software. Can I use it on my own?
Yes. Choose ‘Just me’ when you sign up and you get your own workspace for daily tasks, timesheets, inductions, briefings and the weekly report. Your records stay yours if you change site or company.
A main contractor disputed our extras at final account. How does Graftum help?
Record day works on site in under a minute, get the site manager to sign on your phone, and both sides receive a dated PDF the same day. Signed sheets can't be edited and each PDF has a public verification link, so at final account you have signed evidence, not memories.
