A good toolbox talk is short, specific and ends with a question. Pick one below, read it once, deliver it in your own words at the morning brief — and record who was there.
One topic only, tied to what's actually happening on site this week. Speak from the key points, don't read a script. Ask the closing question and let the crew answer — that 60 seconds of discussion is where it sticks. Then record it: topic, date, who attended. If an inspector or a claim ever asks "what did you do to prevent this?", the record of regular talks is your answer.
Saved on this device only — every talk you print carries your letterhead. Works for the free templates too.
With Graftum, your morning brief becomes evidence: log the talk on a phone, the crew sign on the glass, and it lands in a dated register you can produce years later. Same app runs your jobs, timesheets and day sheets.
