Prices exclude VAT. Struck-through prices are the standard monthly prices. The founding offer applies to companies joining during early access: 3 months free, then £3, £6 or £9 a month to the end of your first year, and a permanent founders' discount after that. No card needed to start; we remind you well before the free months end. Labour agencies and maintenance firms use the same plans.
How the founding offer works
- Months 1 to 3: £0. Sign up, no card. Everything in your plan is switched on from day one.
- Months 4 to 12: £3, £6 or £9 a month (Solo, Crew, Site Pro). We remind you before month 3 ends and set up payment then. If you stop, nothing is charged.
- Year two onwards: a permanent founders' discount off the standard £19, £59 or £119. The discount stays as long as the company stays.

Where Crew pays for itself
Graftum Crew at the standard £59 a month pays for itself if it saves 3.7 hours of admin a month, or recovers £59 of unsigned extras: 4.9% of what you lose now.
During the founding year Crew is £6 a month, so the break-even is 0.4 hours or £6.
How this is worked out: admin cost = hours a week × 52 ÷ 12 × office rate. Unsigned extras = your percentage × monthly turnover. Break-even hours = £59 ÷ office rate. The 3% default is a starting point, not a survey result: change it to what you actually write off. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere; the sums run in your browser. Graftum reduces admin with clock-in timesheets, validated weeks and CSV pay runs, and reduces unsigned extras with day sheets the site manager signs on your phone. How much of that you get back depends on your firm.

Urgent SMS blast
Send your job ad by text to matching workers on the crew list near the site when you need people tomorrow morning. Likely a small fee per blast.
Per-placement fee
An optional fee when a worker found through Graftum starts with you, in place of an agency margin. Only if you choose it; never automatic.
Posting a job stays free. Applying stays free. The crew list stays free.
Pricing questions
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT. VAT is added at the standard UK rate on your invoice, and if your company is VAT registered you reclaim it as normal.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Email hello@graftum.com and your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Your data stays available to export.
What happens after the 3 free months?
We remind you before the free months end. If you carry on, founding companies pay £3, £6 or £9 a month (Solo, Crew or Site Pro) until the end of their first year, then a permanently discounted rate. If you stop, nothing is charged and you can still export your data.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. Timesheets, jobs, invoices, valuations and pay runs export to CSV or Excel from inside the app, and if you leave we hand over everything in standard formats on request. See our data guarantee.
Is it really per company, not per user?
Yes. One price covers the company. Solo is one person, Crew covers up to 15 team members and Site Pro has no limit. Adding a worker to the crew app does not change the price.
I run a labour agency or a maintenance firm. Same prices?
Yes. Agencies and maintenance firms use the same three plans at the same prices. Choose your company type when you sign up and the menu changes; the price does not. See labour agencies and maintenance and FM.
What is the founders' discount?
Companies that join during early access pay £3, £6 or £9 a month to the end of their first year instead of the standard £19, £59 or £119, and keep a permanent discount off the standard prices after that.
