The kitchen upgrades comprise the replacement of existing kitchens, the supply and installation of wall cabinets and base units, laminate worktops with mitred joints, sinks with single level mixer taps and relevant waste fittings. The works will also comprise wall boarding above worktops and to the underside of wall cabinets, all as detailed within the Employers Requirements. The bathroom upgrades comprise the replacement of existing bathroom /wet floor room installations, the supply and installation of new shower screens, electrical showers, extractor fans, IP rated LED light fitting and all associated multi-trades works.
