All operations must comply with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and local highway authority specifications. Suppliers must demonstrate robust capabilities in dynamic street works permitting to eliminate Section 74 overstay charges. Thames Water is seeking to appoint experienced reinstatement suppliers to deliver safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused reinstatement services across its three operational regions.
